How do I create my first invoice?

  1. Open the Get Paid App.
  2. Tap Create Invoice.
  3. Enter your client’s details, job description, and cost.
  4. Add VAT (if applicable), then tap Save & Send.

You can send invoices instantly by email, share them via Bluetooth, or export them as PDF files.

Can I use the app offline?
Yes — all core features work completely offline. Your invoices and data stay stored securely on your device and automatically sync when you’re back online.


⚙️ Account & Settings

How do I update my company details?
Go to Settings → Company Info, where you can add your business name, address, VAT number, and logo. Your details will automatically appear on future invoices.

Can I add my logo to invoices?
Yes — simply upload your company logo under Settings → Company Branding. We recommend a square image (500 × 500px) in PNG format for best results.

Can I export my data?
Yes — use Settings → Backup & Export to save your invoices and client data. You can export them to your preferred storage location or back them up to your device.


📱 Troubleshooting

The app won’t open or keeps freezing.
– Restart your device and reopen the app.
– Ensure you’re running the latest version from the App Store.
– If the issue continues, clear cached data under Settings → App Storage.

My invoices aren’t sending.
– Check your email settings or Bluetooth connection.
– Confirm that your client’s address or connection is valid.
– Retry once connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

I can’t see my old invoices.
– Tap Invoices → Filters → Show All.
– If they still don’t appear, go to Settings → Restore Backup (if you’ve previously created one).

Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is stored locally on your device and never shared with third parties. You stay in full control of your business information.

Do I need an internet connection?
Only for app updates and syncing optional cloud backups. All core features work offline.

Can I send quotes as well as invoices?
Yes — simply tap New Document → Quote to create professional quotes before converting them into invoices later.
