Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

What happens when my free trial ends?
You’ll be prompted to choose a plan — Monthly at £9.99 or Yearly at £99.99. If you don’t subscribe, the app will restrict access to new invoicing until you do. All your existing data is kept safe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won’t be charged again. You’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly?
Yes. You can upgrade to the Yearly plan at any time and the remaining value from your current monthly period will be taken into account.
Is VAT included in the price?
The prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current UK standard rate of 20%.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Payments are processed securely — your card details are never stored by Get Paid.
Is there a discount for annual billing?

Do you offer refunds?
