No — and that’s the point. Get Paid handles invoicing, payments, stock, VAT and reporting brilliantly. It’s not trying to replace your accountant; it’s designed to complement them. Export clean PDFs and Excel files whenever you need to.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Absolutely. Create, edit and save all documents entirely offline. Share via Bluetooth on site, or send by email when you’re back online. The app never holds you up because of poor signal.

Can I take card payments through the app?

Yes. Get Paid integrates with Square Point of Sale. Tap “Pay Now via Square” on any invoice, Square opens with the amount pre-filled, the customer pays by card, and you’re returned to Get Paid automatically.

How does the barcode scanning work?

Use your phone’s camera to scan any product barcode and add it to your inventory instantly. Stock levels are automatically updated as products are added to invoices — perfect for shop owners and anyone who regularly invoices for physical goods.

Will it be available on both iOS and Android?
